Development Charge Abatement Program for non-residential development
On June 26, 2017 the Council of the Township of Ramara passed a Bylaw abating non-residential development charges within the Township with the exception of the Rama Road Corridor.
Water and Sewer development charges have also been waived in the Ramara Industrial Park.
The County of Simcoe will match the Development Charge Abatement program for Industrial Development.
