Ramara Road 47 is now open to traffic, but construction crews are still working in the area. Please be aware that there may be slight delays and intermittent closures until the work is fully completed.

Mosquito Control Program starts Today!

Ramara's Annual Aerial Mosquito Control Program begins Today

The program will cover areas of the Township along the shores of Lake Simcoe and Lake Couchiching, from the Talbot river in the South to Fawn Bay in the North. The purpose of the program is to control the mosquito population in the area. 

s part of the program, helicopters will be flying ahead and applying larvicides. Residents might see or hear the helicopters during the operation.
