Bylaw Enforcement Information |
The role of the Bylaw Enforcement Officer includes education, investigation and enforcement of all Bylaws within the Township. It is not necessary for a Bylaw Enforcement Officer to attend each site to carryout enforcement procedures. Usually the officer will rely on information provided by the complainant.

Ramara's Council consists of a Mayor, Deputy Mayor and five Councillors (also called Members of Council). The elected Council members serve a four-year term with the Mayor and Deputy Mayor representing all wards as the Councillors represent the five different wards. When can I have a fire? |
The Township of Ramara has implemented a Burning Bylaw to help residents burn safely. If there is no burn ban in affect, and you follow these restrictions, you may have a bonfire. Make sure to check the local conditions before burning. Learn more on what residents or bona fide farmers need to do before they burn. |
