Development Charge Background Study
At the June 24, Council meeting, Council passed Area Specific Development Charge Bylaws No. 2024.52 (Bayshore) and 2024.53 (Brechin/Lagoon City), under Section 2 of the Development Charges Act, 1997 (the Act). The Area Specific Development Charge By-law for Rama Road was differed.
Development Charge Abatement Program
We are waiving the municipal and county development charges, for non-residential development within our Ramara Industrial Park. The educational development charges are still applicable. Please contact us for more details.
