If you would like an official representative from Council to attend a meeting, ribbon cutting ceremony, charity event, etc, please fill out the form below.

Submit a Request

Due to the number of invitations members of Council receive, we require invitation requests two weeks (14 days) in advance of an event. Information included on the form will be forwarded to the appropriate member(s) of Council.

Special Occasion Certificates

The Mayor offers a congratulatory certificate to residents celebrating milestone anniversaries, birthdays or other special honours.
