Zoning Bylaw Amendment - File Z-3/22 - 3168 Concession Road 11
At the May 3, 2022, Committee of Adjustment meeting, the Committee approved the severance for Consent File B-4/22 that severs a surplus farm dwelling from the property known as 3168 Concession Road 11. The severance intends to convey the surplus farm dwelling and continue ownership and consolidation of the retained lands with existing family agricultural operations. A condition of approval for the consent is to apply for and obtain a Zoning Bylaw Amendment to restrict future residential uses on the retained lands to protect the agricultural use. A recommendation will be brought forward at the Monday, July 25, 2022 meeting.

Discussion Regarding Bylaw 2019.73 (Sewage System Maintenance Inspection Program)
The Discretionary On-Site Sewage System Maintenance Inspection Program was established by Council in 2019 to help preserve and protect surface water and groundwater quality. Council approved to amend Bylaw 2019.73 to include:
- A receipt of septic pump out from a certified septic hauler from 2020, 2021 and prior to June 6, 2022 will be sufficient proof of a septic tank inspection for properties in this year's Septic Re-inspection program.
