Notice of Proposed Lagoon City Parks & Waterways Commission Updated Procedure Bylaw

TAKE NOTICE that Council of the Township of Ramara will consider updating the Lagoon City Parks & Waterways Commission Procedure Bylaw, being a bylaw to Govern the Calling, Place and Proceedings of Meetings of the Lagoon City Parks & Waterways Commission, and to Repeal Bylaw 2003.30, as Amended, at its regular meeting on February 27, 2023 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Administration Centre, 2297 Highway 12, Brechin, ON as well as via Zoom.

The Procedure Bylaw is being updated to meet current procedures and processes.  The Proposed Draft Bylaw is available for review on the Township’s website or at the Administration Centre, 2297 Highway 12, Brechin.

Concerns or comments regarding the proposed Procedure Bylaw should be submitted to the Clerk, in writing, on or before 9:00 a.m. on Monday, February 27, 2022.
