Notice of Proposed Repeal and Replacement of Sections A, H & I to Schedule "A" of Building Bylaw 2023.22

TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Township of Ramara will be repealing and replacing Sections A, H and I of Schedule “A” of Bylaw 2023.22 being the Building Bylaw, at its regular meeting to be held on September 23, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Township of Ramara Administration Centre, 2297 Highway 12, Brechin, ON L0K 1B0 and electronically via zoom.

Sections A, H and I of Schedule “A” in Bylaw 2023.22:

Section A: CONSTRUCTION of new buildings, additions to existing buildings

Section H: MISCELLANEOUS AND OTHER SERVICES

	Reactivation of a building permit application		$100
	Reinspection due to defective work		$75
Section I: ADMINISTRATIVE

	Registering and de-registering orders on title		$500
	Online payment processing fee		3%
