Special Council Meeting and Special Committee of the Whole Meeting

The Council of the Township of Ramara will be holding a Special Council meeting at 9:30 a.m. and a Special Committee of the Whole meeting at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, February 6, 2023. The meetings will be held in the Council Chambers at the Administration Centre and streamed live on YouTube.

The purpose of the Special Council meeting is for a public meeting under the Planning Act regarding Zoning Bylaw Amendment File Z-9/22; and

The purpose of the Special Committee of the Whole meeting, to be held in Closed Session is for:

1. Education and training for Members of Council with respect to its Responsibilities under the Statutory Standard of Care – Safe Drinking Water Act. in accordance with Section 239(3.1) of the Municipal Act.
2. The security of Township infrastructure property matter in accordance with Section 239(2)(a) of the Municipal Act.
