The Ontario Wildlife Damage Compensation Program provides financial assistance to producers whose livestock, poultry and honey bees have been damaged by wildlife. 

Make a Claim

Contact the Municipal Livestock investigators who will make a site visit and complete all necessary forms.

The Livestock investigator and municipal staff will submit the application, including photos and supporting documents to the Ministry.

What should I do if I find an injured/killed livestock?

1. Ensure animal well-being.
2. Notify Township of Ramara or Investigators above as soon as possible and within 48 hours.
3. Preserve the carcass and the kill/injury site.
